Norwegian Woods for MS
The amount of time and energy that Claudia puts into organizing and training for her MS ride awes me and I am always happy to contribute in any way I can.
Project specs : Norwegian Woods Shawl
Yarn : elann.com Peruvian Pure Alpaca Fina
Needles : 4.5mm needles - not my beloved Addis
Started : May 22, 2008
Finished : June 25, 2008
The pattern is clear and easy to follow, thank you Sivia! As usual, I made a couple of minor changes.
I mirrored the first lace pattern across the center back.
I did not use laceweight and I did not add beads at the lower edge.
The yarn blocked beautifully and I will try for glamour shots this weekend.

I'm with Marti! It's been too long since we've heard from you. That's a lovely shawl and generous donation.

How very, very cool, Angela! As a person with this disease I appreciate all that you do to raise the funds to find a "cure"!
