Mondays are for Menus

Some new recipes, some new techniques and some old favourites:

Pea and spinach soup
Herb bread from the bread machine
Grilled chicken (dijon/olive oil marinade) and grilled portobellos
Wild mushroom risotto - both arborio and wild rice

We'll mix and match throughout the week for both lunch and dinner
