Friday treat

Cream on top, organic vanilla yogurt and chocolate sauce on the bottom.

This isn't yogurt, this is dessert in a cup.

Yum.

I have to figure out where I can get this in Vancouver (I brought this back from Bellevue carefully packed in a cooler, with ice).

Have you tried Capers? Seems like something they would carry. That sounds divine though. Vanilla yogurt and chocolate sauce? Mmmm. (And to answer your question, the yarn for my rug is Bernat Cotton in the rediculous 12oz. balls. Cheap but hey, it's a friggin' bathroom rug right?)

capers or choices -- one of them certainly would have it, no? if not, you may have to make the trek to w. van for whole foods....

any chance of seeing my favourite knitblogger tomorrow? i haven't been to knitting in eons.

Stonyfield also makes yogurt in a plastic tube that, when frozen, tastes like exquisite ice cream. Good enough to satisfy a sweet-toothed five year old.
